Trininty Book Publishing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent, privately operated book publishing services company operating under the domain trinintybookpublishing.com. We provide professional publishing services to authors worldwide, including but not limited to manuscript editing, cover design, interior formatting, global distribution facilitation, ghostwriting, and book marketing.
Independent Company Notice: Trininty Book Publishing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Trinity University Press, Trinity College Dublin Press, or any other institution, university, or company using the name "Trinity." We are a fully independent publishing services company.
By accessing or using our website (trinintybookpublishing.com), submitting a contact or consultation form, engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with Trininty Book Publishing, you ("Author," "Client," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available at trinintybookpublishing.com/terms-and-conditions.html.
These Terms apply to all visitors, authors, and clients of Trininty Book Publishing.
Trininty Book Publishing offers the following core services, which are detailed in individual service agreements and package contracts:
Specific deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and package terms are outlined in a separate written Service Agreement provided to each client prior to commencement. These Terms and Conditions operate alongside, and are incorporated into, any such Service Agreement.
Published timelines (such as "8–12 weeks to launch") are good-faith estimates based on standard workflows. Actual timelines may vary depending on manuscript length, complexity, author response times, and third-party distribution channel processing periods. Trininty Book Publishing will communicate any delays promptly.
Our free consultation is a no-obligation discussion intended to help authors understand our services and how we may assist them. Participation in a consultation does not create a binding service contract.
Trininty Book Publishing operates on a strict author-ownership model. The following rights are retained exclusively by you, the author:
Upon full payment for each completed service, Trininty Book Publishing transfers full ownership of all work product created for your project (cover design files, formatted interior files, edited manuscript files) to you. We retain no licence to use, reproduce, or distribute your book or its related materials after the working relationship concludes, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
With your written permission, we may display your book cover, title, and author name on our website and marketing materials as a portfolio example. This permission is optional and will be requested separately. You may withdraw this permission at any time in writing.
All manuscripts and author materials submitted to us are treated with strict confidentiality. We will not share, reproduce, or distribute your manuscript content to any third party except as necessary for the provision of contracted services (e.g., forwarding to a contracted editor under NDA).
By submitting a manuscript, you confirm and warrant that: (a) you are the sole author or have full rights to publish the work; (b) the content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights; and (c) the content complies with applicable laws. Trininty Book Publishing accepts no liability for claims arising from an author's breach of this warranty.
Publishing service fees are agreed upon in writing in your individual Service Agreement before any work begins. Fees vary based on manuscript length, services selected, and package chosen.
Fees quoted on our website are indicative and subject to variation based on project scope. A final written quote will be provided after your consultation. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated in writing.
Work may be suspended for accounts with outstanding payments beyond 30 days. We reserve the right to charge reasonable late payment fees as specified in your Service Agreement.
We are committed to author satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
If you cancel your project in writing before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
If work has commenced on your project and you wish to cancel:
Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your Service Agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a deliverable within scope, please raise this in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve all concerns through additional revisions.
Third-party costs (such as ISBN registration fees, distribution channel fees, or advertising spend on your behalf) are non-refundable once incurred.
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact us in writing at info@trinintybookpublishing.com with your project reference number.
Trininty Book Publishing reserves the right to decline or terminate services for manuscripts that contain:
If a project is declined on content grounds after a deposit has been received, the deposit will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to make content suitability decisions at our sole discretion.
Where Trininty Book Publishing facilitates distribution on your behalf, royalty rates and payment structures are as follows:
Royalties earned from book sales are determined by individual retail channel policies (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark). Trininty Book Publishing does not set retail royalty rates — these are determined by the platforms to which your book is distributed. Our role is to maximise your distribution reach. Typical industry royalties range from 35% to 70% of the list price for digital editions and vary for print.
Royalty payments from retail channels are typically paid directly to the author (or to Trininty Book Publishing as your distribution agent, then forwarded to you as specified in your Service Agreement). Payment timing follows each channel's standard schedule (usually monthly or quarterly). Trininty Book Publishing does not hold royalties beyond 30 days of receipt.
Trininty Book Publishing does not guarantee any specific level of book sales, income, or bestseller placement. Marketing services are designed to maximise visibility, but sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Trininty Book Publishing facilitates distribution through major retail and wholesale channels as part of applicable service packages. Distribution to specific retailers is subject to each retailer's acceptance policies, formatting requirements, and terms of service. We make no guarantee that all retailers will list your book, as this is ultimately at each retailer's discretion.
Trininty Book Publishing is not an authorised partner, agent, or representative of Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple, IngramSpark, or any other named retailer. References to these platforms on our website are descriptive of where we can facilitate distribution — not an endorsement by or partnership with those companies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trininty Book Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation, arising from or in connection with our services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
